500 Interstate is an existing 38,000 sf office building dating back to 1973. The goal was to modernize the facility while building off the existing infrastructure. In addition we designed the upper floor to accommodate the anchor tenant, Technology Advice, and the second floor was designed to house the Nashville Software School.
